We attach great importance to the highest quality and creativity. Our Tyrolean delicacies are a real treat for every gourmet and guarantee a culinary experience of a special kind.
The tradition of good food is upheld at Gasthof Stuibenfall. Together with our kitchen team, we make sure that the culinary heritage of the Stuibenfall is respected and that there is a touch of French charm in our dishes.
We offer a wide range of Tyrolean specialities using a large proportion of local produce.
The beer comes from the small Tyrolean brewery Starkenberger and the wine is one of our passions. We offer a selection of French, Austrian and South Tyrolean bottles.
Gasthof Stuibenfall is a proud founding member of “Tiroler Wirtshauskultur”, an initiative for the preservation and development of quality cuisine in the Tyrolean tradition.
Experience the culinary offerings of the Gasthof Stuibenfall in our cosy parlours and on the wonderful sun terrace, which is in a privileged south-facing position.

A delicious start to the day
Start the day in the most delicious way by indulging in our rich breakfast buffet with an abundance of regional delicacies. From eggs to butter and cheese to jams and fresh bread from the local village bakery – we carefully ensure that our ingredients come from the region or from first-class producers in Tyrol. This guarantees the freshness of our products and you can enjoy the full taste.
Dinner with culinary Highlights
Our 5-course menu of choice promises daily variety and delight in the evening. We rely on the best local ingredients and serve you Tyrolean delicacies according to traditional family recipes, Austrian and international classics and delicious specialities such as French mountain cheese from the old home of our “le patron” Dominique.
The wine selection is also exquisite and convinces with moderate prices. We source our fine wines from vintners in Austria, nearby South Tyrol and France. Since we also love tasting and place great value on culinary delights, we expand our range every year.
